Normandie Apartments

Normandie Apartments, which earns the nickname Flatiron Building of Shanghai; because of its striking resemblance to the one in NYC. Also another work by Hudec and it is still an apartment building occupied by locals. Some richer expatriates are starting to occupy the place again and one of the walk tour participants even showed us his apartment which he acquired recently.
